A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its Taunton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong conveyancer to handle complex, high level residential property matters within a supportive and well structured team.

The Role

You will manage a caseload of complex residential conveyancing matters, providing expert legal advice and ensuring a high quality service to clients. Work will include:

  • Deeds of grant, covenants and easements
  • Assignments and declarations of trust
  • Setting up residential leases
  • Equity release transactions
  • Building Safety Act matters
  • Other complex and technical conveyancing issues

Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years' PQE managing complex residential conveyancing matters
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
  • A proactive, collaborative approach
