This is an excellent opportunity to work with leading independent schools and educational organisations, delivering high quality advice on complex transactions while developing your profile within a Tier 1 ranked practice.The role is ideally suited to an experienced corporate lawyer with strong M&A experience and a genuine interest in supporting purpose driven organisations through periods of change and growth. Hybrid working is available from the Bath office.The RoleYou will take a senior role within the Education team, leading on complex matters and supporting junior colleagues.
