A highly respected multi‑office Somerset firm with an outstanding reputation is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team who can be based in either their Wells, Street or Taunton offices. You’ll handle the full range of residential conveyancing work from initial instruction to post‑completion to include new builds and shared ownership to equity release ensuring clients receive a smooth, efficient and well‑communicated service throughout their transaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a varied residential caseload independently
- Handling new builds, shared ownership, equity release and standard sales/purchases
- Delivering a high quality, client focused service
- Working collaboratively within a supportive, well structured team
