Key responsibilities include:
Managing a caseload of public law children matters, including care proceedings, emergency orders, and adoption casesProviding clear, empathetic advice to clients in sensitive circumstances, while maintaining excellent standards of client careRepresenting clients in Family Court proceedings, conducting advocacy where appropriate and liaising with Counsel when requiredPreparing legal documentation and ensuring compliance with Legal Aid requirements, statutory obligations, and case management best practiceThis is a standout opportunity to build a rewarding career in a respected and progressive legal setting.
