This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer to take on a varied caseload and contribute to a growing property department. The RoleYou'll manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, and remortgages of freehold and leasehold properties. Experience in commercial property is a bonus but not essential. The role offers the chance to work closely with a supportive team of fee earners and support staff, delivering high-quality service to a loyal client base.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing residential property transactions from instruction to completionHandling sales, purchases, and remortgages of freehold and leasehold propertiesCommunicating effectively with clients, agents, and third partiesMaintaining accurate records and progressing matters efficientlyContributing to team collaboration and client satisfactionSupporting the department's continued growth and reputationCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer with:2+ years experience in residential property lawStrong client care and communication skillsEnthusiasm, confidence, and ambitionAbility to work well within a team and independentlyCommercial property experience (desirable but not essential) Working ArrangementsThe role is primarily office-based in Somerset, with some flexibility available.
