Joining a well-established Residential Property team, you'll benefit from dedicated administrative support and the opportunity to work on a broad range of conveyancing matters. Running a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completionHandling: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityGeneral residential property transactionsDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other referrersPlaying an active role in business development and networking initiativesSupporting the continued success and growth of the property departmentCollaborating with colleagues across the firm's wider office networkCandidate RequirementsApplications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives with at least 6 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) within residential conveyancing. Have a strong track record of independently managing a full conveyancing caseloadPossess excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactionsBe client-focused with exceptional communication and relationship-building skillsDemonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business developmentEnjoy building professional networks and generating new opportunitiesBe organised, self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervisionWork effectively both independently and as part of a wider teamIdeally have previous supervisory or mentoring experienceThis opportunity would suit a well-established property lawyer looking to strengthen their profile in the Yeovil market while enjoying the support, infrastructure and career prospects of a successful regional practice.
