The role & responsibilitiesManaging a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions, and transfers of equityProviding clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the processBuilding strong client relationships through effective communication and a proactive approachWorking closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure a smooth and efficient serviceCandidate specificationAt least 3 years' experience running your own caseload of residential property mattersConfident in handling issues that arise during transactions and providing clear, solution focused adviceStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to client careFriendly, approachable, and professionalOpen to applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced Fee EarnersWhy this role?
