The Residential Property team is highly regarded and supported by dedicated Conveyancing Assistants, allowing fee earners to focus on delivering a first-class client experience.This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing team, handling a varied caseload while contributing to business development and the continued growth of the department.Key responsibilities include:Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completionAdvising on:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityOther residential property mattersBuilding and maintaining strong client and referrer relationshipsSupporting networking and business development activitiesSharing technical knowledge and contributing to team successCandidate RequirementsWe are keen to hear from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 6 years' PQE/equivalent experience in residential property.The successful candidate will:Be confident managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independentlyPossess strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancingHave excellent client care and communication skillsDemonstrate proven business development and networking abilitiesBuild strong relationships with clients, colleagues and professional contactsBe proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high standardsIdeally have experience supervising or mentoring junior colleaguesThis role would suit an ambitious lawyer looking to establish themselves as a key figure in the Bath property market while benefiting from the support and resources of a larger regional team.Why Join?Join a respected multi-office regional law firm that combines a strong reputation with a modern, people-focused culture.
