The RoleYou'll be stepping into a thriving, well structured department led by a strong Partner group and supported by a sizeable team of Associates, Solicitors, trainees and dedicated support staff. Expect exposure to a wide range of high quality work, including: Landlord & tenant disputes (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge issues)Possession actions, trespass and squatter claimsBuilding and development disputesStrategic land matters, options and purchaser claimsAdvisory work for property owners, occupiers, funders and social housing providersYou'll act for an impressive client base including household names and major property stakeholders.
