The Role
Working on a varied caseload of commercial property disputes, you'll advise clients on matters including:
- Commercial lease disputes, breaches and renewals
- Rent arrears and forfeiture claims
- Dilapidations and breach of covenant matters
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Easements, rights of way and adverse possession claims
- Boundary, party wall and property ownership disputes
- Farming partnership disputes
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with circa 4+ PQE in Commercial Property Litigation
- Strong technical expertise across contentious property matters
- Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills
- Interested in networking, business development and growing your profile
