This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload, support an experienced fee earner, and help shape the department's long term direction. The work spans childcare, financial matters, and matrimonial cases, with clients now coming from a wider area including Bath, Bristol, Wells, and rural high net worth communities. Hybrid working is available, but the role remains hands on and community based. With senior team members retiring and a busy caseload ready to pick up, there is genuine scope for progression, including future leadership and partnership opportunities. Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or experienced CILEx Legal Executive with litigation rights (or ready to apply), ideally with 3+ years' post qualification experience. You'll be comfortable managing files independently, supervising trainees or junior colleagues, and contributing to the department's growth and outreach. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to hit the ground running are essential.
