A highly regarded Legal 500 ranked regional firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Tier 1 Agricultural & Rural Property team. This is a standout opportunity to work closely with leading Partners in Bath, taking on high quality work and playing a key role in the team's ambitious growth plans.
You will have the autonomy to manage your own varied caseload, including:
- Sale and purchase transactions, strategic land development and secured lending
- Advising farmers, landowners and agri businesses on rural property matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service
While the role is based in Bath, you will also collaborate with colleagues across other offices, giving you exposure to a wide range of clients and matters. For Senior Associates, this is a genuine pathway towards Partnership.
About you:
- Qualified solicitor with ideally 4+ years' PQE
- Strong background in agricultural and rural property work
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
