Well established regional firm has a new vacancy in their busy Residential Property department based just outside Birmingham city centre. Our client is a respected L500 rated firm with an excellent reputation and a supportive, friendly culture.
They have a vacancy for a residential conveyancer with experience of the following:
- Freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
- Deferred charges and equity releases
- Registrations
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Shared ownership
