The team advises a diverse client base including institutional investors, developers, lenders, local authorities and private clients, with particular strength across investment, real estate finance, healthcare, housebuilding, energy, infrastructure and commercial development.This role offers exposure to high quality transactional work, a supportive team environment and excellent opportunities for early responsibility and career development.The RoleYou will work closely with senior colleagues, gaining hands on experience across a broad range of real estate matters, including:Landlord and tenant workAcquisitions and disposalsCorporate supportReal estate financeProperty and asset managementWork for landlords, tenants, corporates, lenders, charities and investorsA significant part of the role will involve acting for healthcare providers and related services, working closely with a multi disciplinary client service team across offices.You will benefit from a varied and stimulating workload from the outset, with opportunities to develop specialist expertise in a growing area of real estate law.You will also be encouraged to contribute to business development, including:Attending internal and external networking eventsParticipating in conferences, seminars and webinarsBuilding client relationshipsSupporting the team's ongoing growth and profileAbout YouThis role is suited to a Solicitor who:Has trained and qualified (or is approaching qualification) with a well regarded firmHas experience across a range of real estate transactionsIdeally has exposure to landlord and tenant, corporate support or real estate finance workDemonstrates a genuine interest in healthcare related real estate mattersIs a confident communicator with strong technical and analytical skillsCan manage time effectively and meet client expectationsBrings a pragmatic, commercial approach to problem solvingIs keen to take ownership of matters with appropriate supervisionShows enthusiasm for real estate law and awareness of wider sector issues (planning, ESG, market trends)Is personable, responsive and motivated to build trusted client relationshipsHas an appetite for continuous learning, development and thought leadershipCareer DevelopmentYou will join a collaborative, forward thinking team committed to supporting your progression.
