- HybridAn opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well regarded team in Exeter.
The role is well suited to an solicitor seeking high quality support and exposure to meaningful, client facing matters.The role will involve:Managing a varied property litigation caseload with appropriate supervision, including housing management disputesSupporting senior colleagues on complex matters while developing technical and procedural expertiseAdvising registered providers, local authorities and housing sector clients, and preparing pleadings, correspondence and key documentationRepresenting clients at hearings or mediations where appropriate and contributing to client relationship and business development activityThe successful candidate will be: a qualified solicitor, ideally with experience or a strong interest in property litigation or social housing, who is organised, collaborative, client focused and keen to develop within a supportive Exeter based team.For more information on this role or other opportunities within South West or South Wales in general, please do get in touch with Daniel St Quintin at Chadwick Nott.(e) (m) t)
