This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of property-related disputes, including: Co-ownership and neighbour issues (e.g.
rights of way, adverse possession, boundary disputes)Lease and tenancy disputes, commercial rent recovery, and enforcement of chargesPossession claims, professional negligence, and historic title rectificationSupervising and mentoring junior lawyers, trainees, and paralegalsSupporting high-volume tenancy management work (e.g.
