Solicitor - Procurement Litigation - Bristol - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Solicitor to join a highly regarded Procurement Litigation team recognised for handling complex, high-profile disputes across both the public and private sectors. This role offers exposure to a unique blend of contentious procurement and commercial litigation work, acting for major corporates, government departments, local authorities and NHS bodies. Working alongside leading specialists in the field, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience advising on procurement challenges, risk management and High Court litigation, while developing expertise in a rapidly evolving area of law. With both claimant and defendant work on offer, no two matters are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to build a broad and varied disputes practice within a supportive national team.
- Advising on procurement disputes, challenges and risk management matters
- Assisting with High Court litigation and other complex dispute resolution work
- Supporting clients across sectors including infrastructure, technology, transport, construction and healthcare
- Drafting pleadings, advice notes and other key legal documents
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
The ideal candidate will be newly qualified up to 3 years' PQE, with experience in commercial litigation and a keen interest in procurement law. Strong analytical, drafting and client-facing skills are essential.
