An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Property Litigation Solicitor to join a Bristol based team advising on a varied and high quality contentious property caseload.
The role will involve:
- Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, delivering clear, commercially astute advice and outstanding client service.
- Building strong client relationships by managing expectations on risk, options, costs and timescales, while developing market and sector knowledge.
- Supporting sustainable growth through business development, marketing initiatives and assisting with fee scoping for existing clients.
- Supervising junior team members and contributing to a strong risk culture by identifying issues early and adhering to best practice and internal processes.
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified solicitor with relevant property litigation experience, confident managing matters with appropriate supervision, client focused, commercially aware and keen to contribute to team development and long term growth within a collaborative Bristol practice.
