A respected regional law firm is seeking a skilled and ambitious Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' post-qualification experience to lead and grow its Family Law team in Swindon. The Role
- Leading a caseload of privately funded divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters
- Supervising and mentoring team members
- Collaborating with Partners on strategy and growth
- Supporting training and development within the department
- Driving business development and marketing initiatives
- Ensuring high standards of client care and legal service
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years PQE in private family law
- Strong experience in complex family matters and advocacy
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Leadership skills and a desire to grow a team from the ground up
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Motivation, initiative, and a commercial mindset
