A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor (NQ-4 years PQE) to join its expanding and nationally recognised Family team in Bristol. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners within a collaborative, innovative, and award winning department at a pivotal moment of growth.
The Role
You will play a key role within a dynamic and entrepreneurial Family team, working closely with senior lawyers on high value, complex, and often international matters. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and delegation
- Supporting senior team members on high net worth and ultra high net worth financial cases
- Assisting with complex children matters, including international surrogacy, adoption, and modern family issues
- Engaging directly with clients and delivering exceptional client service
- Monitoring budgets, fees, and financial management of matters
- Contributing to business development initiatives and helping to grow the team's profile
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices as part of a unified national team
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a motivated and ambitious solicitor with:
- NQ-4 years PQE in family law gained at a reputable regional, national, or City firm
- Strong technical grounding in some or all of the following:
- Divorce
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Nuptial and cohabitation agreements
- Child arrangements (including court work)
- International family matters
- Modern families (surrogacy, adoption, fertility law)
- ADR experience (desirable but not essential)
