The Role
You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of corporate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals (shares, business, and assets)
- Restructures
- Management buy‑outs
- Shareholders' agreements
- Joint venture agreements
- Ad hoc company matters and corporate governance
- Supporting business development through networking and marketing activities
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 2-4 years PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical knowledge and thorough drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently and collaboratively
- Sound judgement and legal research skills
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
