A commercial law firm is seeking a full-time, permanent Corporate Solicitor to support the next phase of growth within its corporate practice. The firm delivers high-quality, commercially focused advice comparable to leading national firms, combined with a highly personal and values‑led approach.
The role will involve:
- Managing a broad corporate caseload including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and bank funding matters
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and introducers, delivering clear, practical and commercially sound advice
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the corporate department within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
- Working autonomously in a fully remote setting while being fully engaged with a close‑knit and supportive team
This is a full‑time, permanent role offering good quality corporate work, excellent holiday entitlement and private medical cover.
