A respected law firm in Bristol is seeking to expand its busy and well‑established Residential Property Team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive practice with a friendly working environment and genuine career progression opportunities, including the potential to progress to Manager/Director level.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Sales and Purchases
- Transfers of Equity
- Remortgages
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals
- Preparing accounts and ensuring files are billed regularly
- Ensuring all files are LEXCEL compliant
- Supporting marketing initiatives and helping generate new business leads
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Conveyancer, or Solicitor with:
- Detailed knowledge and expertise in residential property transactions
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Interest in marketing and business development
