A respected regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its expanding Commercial Department in Devon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a non-litigious team focused purely on transactional and commercial property matters, with flexibility for hybrid working and a supportive, collaborative environment.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- General commercial property transactions
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Supporting clients with a broad range of commercial property needs
- Building strong client relationships through clear communication and prompt service
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver high-quality outcomes
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial property law
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence in managing files independently
- Enthusiasm, hard work, and a proactive team-player mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
