A well-established and award-winning law firm is seeking a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and collaborative team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in a supportive environment with direct mentorship from an experienced Associate.
The Role
- Assisting and managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Refinancing transactions
- Lease work for both landlords and tenants
- Site acquisitions, finance, and disposals
- Corporate support on property-related matters
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
- 0-2 years PQE in commercial property
- Experience working with developers, investors, lenders, and landlords/tenants
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters with supervision
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
