A respected South West law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' post qualification experience to join its well established Residential Property team in Wells. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment with a strong focus on quality work and long-standing client relationships.
The Role
- Providing high quality legal advice on all residential property transactions
- Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Supervising conveyancing assistants and working closely with New Enquiries and Finance teams
- Contributing to business development and operational improvements
- Assisting colleagues with advice and representation where required
- Identifying opportunities for new referrals and cross-selling across the firm
- Developing and maintaining strong client and colleague relationships
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working within a Residential Property team
- Strong client care skills and the ability to manage expectations effectively
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Strong financial awareness and confidence managing the financial aspects of client matters
- Marketing, networking and business development skills appropriate to the role
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to high professional standards
