Reference: DSQJ921958450_1786710886Solicitor - Banking & Finance- Bristol - Hybrid A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a talented Banking & Finance Solicitor to join its growing Bristol team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a lawyer with up to three years' PQE to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border financing transactions while developing specialist expertise in Real Estate Finance.

The successful candidate will advise an impressive client base that includes major banks, alternative lenders, debt funds, investors and developers on a broad range of lending matters.

Working closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions, they will gain exposure to high-value transactions, including investment and development finance, secured lending, private credit and complex real estate-backed financings.

Key Responsibilities Advising lenders and borrowers on a variety of banking and real estate finance transactions Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documents and ancillary transaction materials Managing conditions precedent processes and transaction timetables through to completion Collaborating with colleagues across Real Estate, Corporate, Tax and Regulatory teams on multi-disciplinary matters Supporting client relationship management, business development initiatives and knowledge-sharing projects This opportunity would suit a commercially minded solicitor with strong academics, excellent organisational skills and a genuine interest in Banking & Finance.
