An established and growing legal practice is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor to join its Cheltenham team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property lawyer who is passionate about delivering a first-class client experience and providing practical, straightforward advice throughout the conveyancing process.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, supporting clients with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold transactions, new build purchases, shared ownership matters and other property-related issues. The team prides itself on offering a responsive, transparent and client-focused service, ensuring clients feel supported during what can often be a significant life event.

Working within a collaborative and experienced team, the Residential Property Solicitor will build strong client relationships, maintain high service standards and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
  • Provide clear, practical legal advice and regular updates to clients throughout transactions
  • Handle freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and re-mortgage matters
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals
  • Support business development activities and contribute to the ongoing success of the team
