A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate with 3+ years of post‑qualification experience to join its leading Medical Negligence team in Bristol. Responsibilities

  • Managing your own caseload, including litigated matters
  • Assisting senior colleagues on complex, high‑value claims
  • Advising on a wide range of medical negligence issues across multiple disciplines

  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years PQE in clinical negligence (Claimant experience preferred)
  • Proven experience managing a caseload independently
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Experience assisting on high‑value, complex cases
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering the best outcomes for clients
