A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate with 3+ years of post‑qualification experience to join its leading Medical Negligence team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high‑value clinical negligence claims in a supportive and inclusive environment, with a strong focus on quality client care and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload, including litigated matters
- Assisting senior colleagues on complex, high‑value claims
- Advising on a wide range of medical negligence issues across multiple disciplines
- Delivering accurate, compassionate legal advice
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years PQE in clinical negligence (Claimant experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing a caseload independently
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Experience assisting on high‑value, complex cases
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering the best outcomes for clients
