An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a busy and growing private property team in Telford. This role will suit a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.
You will handle a broad range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build transactions and transfers of equity. The work is varied and fast-paced, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently while delivering a high level of client service, maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and other professionals. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in business development activities.
Candidates should have strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing, excellent communication skills and solid experience using case management systems. A good understanding of regulatory requirements is essential. Experience in landlord and tenant matters or leasehold extensions would be advantageous. Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered.
