This role will suit a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. You will handle a broad range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build transactions and transfers of equity. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing, excellent communication skills and solid experience using case management systems. A good understanding of regulatory requirements is essential. Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered.
