This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a department with an established reputation in high‑net‑worth matrimonial finance and complex private law children matters.You will start by building your own caseload and providing support on significant cases.
The role demands exceptional client care, strong case management skills, and the ability to balance detail with strategic oversight.The successful candidate will have post‑qualification experience across divorce, financial remedy (including trusts, business assets, foreign assets and pensions), cohabitation, nuptial agreements, and private children matters.
A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for business development are highly valued, with opportunities to contribute to the growth of the department.
