A highly regarded and well-established law firm on the South Coast is seeking an experienced Commercial Property solicitor to join its expanding team. This role offers the rare opportunity to work directly alongside a key partner, playing an integral role in developing and growing the firm\’s commercial property offering.
You will be involved in high-quality transactional and advisory work, including landlord and tenant, leases, acquisitions and much more whilst also taking on wider responsibilities in strategic planning, team development, and particularly business development initiatives. This is very much a growth role, offering significant autonomy and the chance to help shape the future direction of the practice whilst growing you own reputation.
The position would suit someone who is looking to move beyond the confines of their current role, with clear scope for progression and partnership. The firm offers a highly supportive and flexible working environment, a strong infrastructure, and a competitive remuneration package.
