A top 100 UK law firm is looking for a Senior or Managing Associate to join its highly ranked Employment team. This is a senior-level opportunity to work alongside Legal 500-recognised leaders on complex, high-value employment matters.

The Role

  • Leading Employment Tribunal claims (Respondent-focused)
  • Advising on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures and redundancies
  • Supporting TUPE, outsourcing and corporate transactions
  • Enforcing post-termination restrictions
  • Drafting employment contracts, consultancy and settlement agreements
  • Contributing to business development and client growth
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and helping shape the team
