Leading Shropshire firm has an exciting opportunity for a corporate commercial solicitor. This is a succession planning role with a clear path to partnership. You will be able to work largely unsupervised and typical cases will include:
- Share sales/purchases
- Asset sales/purchases
- Company purchase of own shares
- Incorporations
- Group restructure
- Shareholder Agreements
- General Company law
- Shareholder resolutions
- Company Secretarial duties
- Terms and Conditions for goods and/or services
- Business to Business
- Consumer
You will also supervise and mentor junior members of the team and take an active role in business development and marketing.
