Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-regarded law firm in their search for a Senior Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role within a collaborative, ambitious environment, advising a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to established companies, on complex corporate and commercial matters.
The Role
This Cheltenham-based role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of work, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Investment and shareholder agreements
- Joint ventures and corporate reorganisations
- EMI options and commercial contracts
- LLPs, partnerships, and articles of association
You\\\’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver strategic, practical advice, while also contributing to business development and team growth.
Candidate Requirements
- 6-9 or 10+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of commercial contracts
- Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and governance
- Experience advising on LLPs, partnerships, and corporate structures
- Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time role based in Cheltenham, with hybrid working supported. Flexibility is offered to suit role and client needs.
