A Senior Associate is sought to join a leading Real Estate team working with major housebuilder and strategic land clients. The role involves advising on immediate and strategic land acquisitions across the South and South West, as well as supporting national projects. The successful candidate will help run transactions, strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting for housebuilders, promoters and developers on residential development matters
- Managing conditional/unconditional contracts, options, affordable housing transactions and overage arrangements
- Handling site assembly, easements, infrastructure agreements and management documentation
- Supporting complex strategic land, promotion and collaboration agreements
