Senior Associate Professional Negligence – Bristol

Top 50 law firm and Bristol heavyweight are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate to join their Financial Services Disputes team which is a top-tier group renowned for handling high-value banking litigation, professional negligence cases, fraud disputes, regulatory challenges, and more.

With over 150 experts across multiple UK locations, the team act for major financial institutions, including banks, building societies, payment service providers, and wealth management firms.

The role:

  • Lead a varied caseload focused on professional negligence and other financial disputes.
  • Provide strategic and commercial legal advice.
  • Supervise colleagues and contribute to their development.
  • Engage in business development activities and produce legal updates.

Ideal candidate:

  • A qualified Solicitor, ideally 4-6 PQE (those outside of this bracket with demonstrated experience are still encouraged to appply).
  • Expertise in professional negligence litigation, with a solid grasp of the litigation process and CPR.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Previous experience supervising team members is a bonus.
