A leading regional law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner level Family Lawyer to join its highly regarded and expanding Family Team in Dorset. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a senior position within a progressive, ambitious practice that is continuing to grow its presence.

The Role

  • Managing and progressing complex, high value financial cases
  • Advising on children matters and relationship breakdowns
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and support to junior fee earners
  • Building and maintaining strong referral networks across the region
  • Leading on marketing and business development initiatives
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the wider Family Team
  • Promoting a constructive, resolution led approach and utilising ADR where appropriate

  • Significant experience in private family law (financial and children matters)
  • Strong technical expertise
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high value matters independently
