An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor, up to Legal Director, to join a respected Property team. The successful candidate will work with landowner clients on strategic land, renewable energy schemes, large scale development projects, and the sale and purchase of agricultural land. They will play a key role in maintaining trusted client relationships, supporting Partners, and supervising junior team members. The team is known for its inclusive, collaborative approach and benefits from close links with specialists in private property, construction, planning, corporate and litigation. This role suits an ambitious lawyer with strong technical ability, commercial pragmatism, and excellent organisational skills. Experience in land development or strategic land work is essential, with clean energy expertise highly desirable. Responsibilities

  • Maintain trusted client relationships and support Partners.
  • Supervise junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Solicitor up to Legal Director (senior Associate or Legal Director level).
