Our longstanding and award winning client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Associate to join their new Ipswich office. Working alongside a partner, you will take a leading role in complex employment disputes and client advisory work including:
- Advising employers on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Employment Tribunal claims
- Redundancy and restructuring
- Grievances and disciplinaries
About you:
- Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
- Proven track record in managing contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain high attention to detail
- Collaborative and proactive approach
- Willingness to contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives
