A leading Top 100 law firm in Bristol is on the lookout for an experienced Senior or Managing Associate (7+ years PQE) to join their tier 1 ranked Contentious Trusts & Estates team. This is a rare opportunity to join a standout specialist team known for its expertise in navigating complex, high-value disputes within the Private Wealth space. From will challenges and Inheritance Act claims to trustee disputes and professional negligence arising from estate administration, you will be working on a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload from day one. Our clients range from high-net-worth individuals and business owners to charities, trustees, and landowners, giving you exposure to a broad spectrum of work and a varied caseload. You will be joining a collaborative, well-respected team that punches above its weight and is known for delivering exceptional results.
What we are looking for:
- A qualified solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in contentious Private Wealth work
- Strong technical expertise in trust and estate disputes
- A confident communicator with a natural ability to build client relationships
