The Role

You’ll join a well-established and busy Residential Property team at an exciting stage of growth, handling a varied and high-quality caseload while also playing a key role in expanding the team's reach and client base. Your work will include managing matters from instruction through to completion across a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, and shared ownership schemes. A key part of the role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with introducers such as estate agents, brokers and developers, as well as identifying new opportunities to grow the firm's client base.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE
  • Strong technical experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
  • Proven ability to manage files independently from instruction to completion
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of profitability and file management
  • Experience of building, or a clear plan to build, referrer and introducer relationships
  • Ability to balance a busy caseload while maintaining high service standards
  • A motivated, ambitious approach with a desire to support team growth
