This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable and motivated solicitor to step into a thriving practice, take ownership of quality work, and help support the development of junior team members, including supervising a newly qualified solicitor.

The Role

You'll be joining a team with a strong reputation and loyal client base at national, regional, and local levels. The work is varied and high-quality, including:

  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Development work

You'll be expected to manage your own caseload, maintain high standards of client care, and contribute to the success of the firm in line with its business plan. There are clear career paths available, including progression to Associate and Managing Associate roles.

Candidate Profile

This role is not suitable for NQs. We are looking for:

  • 1-5 years' PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to supervise junior colleagues

Working Environment
