You'll handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsCommercial leases and associated documentsLandlord and tenant mattersProperty finance transactionsProperty elements of corporate deals and due diligenceYou'll deliver excellent client service, build strong relationships, and play an active role in business development and profile raising for the department. Candidate RequirementsAround 3+ years PQE in commercial propertyConfident managing your own files with minimal supervisionStrong drafting and negotiation skillsSolid understanding of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, title issues, planning/environmental considerations, SDLT and VAT implicationsFamiliarity with case management systems and Land Registry processesExcellent communication and client handling skillsStrong attention to detail and risk awarenessAble to manage deadlines, costs and expectations effectivelyWhy Join?
