You'll be joining a friendly, ambitious and collaborative group that values fresh thinking, open communication and a genuine enjoyment of working with entrepreneurial clients. Expect exposure to high quality, varied corporate work such as: Acquisitions and disposalsManagement buyouts and founder exitsShareholders' agreements and joint venturesEarly stage and private equity investmentsGroup reorganisations and governance mattersPartnership agreements and general company law advisory workYou'll take ownership of your own matters appropriate to your level, support senior lawyers on more complex transactions, and play an active role in the team's ongoing growth. You'll also be involved in business development to inlcude attending events, building relationships and helping to generate new opportunities for the team. You will ideally have:3-5 PQE in corporate lawExperience from a corporate or commercial law firmStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesAn interest in business developmentStrong analytical, negotiation and communication skillsYou'll be a team player who builds trusted relationships with clients and colleagues and thrives in a fast paced, supportive environment.
