- ExeterNew opportunity for a driven and commercially minded Solicitor/FCILEX (1-4 years PQE) to join a thriving Rural Property team at a top-tier, award-winning firm. Whether you're already immersed in agricultural law or come from a commercial property background with a passion for the rural sector, this is your chance to work on high-quality matters with a diverse and loyal client base. The roleFrom rolling estates to greenfield developments, your caseload will be varied and rewarding.

Expect to advise on: Sales and purchases of farms, estates, and rural landAgricultural tenancies and farming partnershipsEstate management and succession planningRural diversification and development projectsBiodiversity, natural capital, and sustainability initiativesCountry homes and rural residential propertyYou'll work closely with landowners, farming families, rural businesses, and institutions delivering practical, tailored advice.
