Rural Property Senior Associate

Bristol

Rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join a thriving Rural Property team at a Top 50 law firm based in Bristol.

As a Rural Property Lawyer, you will be involved in various aspects of rural business and lifestyle. The team\’s work spans Scotland, England, and Wales, and includes collaboration with major rural land agents and industry stakeholders. You will assist clients such as lifestyle buyers, historic landowners, and established rural businesses expanding into new areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the sale, purchase, leasing, and mortgaging of farms, estates, country houses, and other rural properties.
  • Providing legal advice on issues related to the ownership, occupation, and management of rural land and buildings.

In addition to acting for private owners and occupiers you can expect to be instructed by prominent rural landowners.

The firm are looking for someone with first class experience in property transactions and rural property matters, together with experiencing of supervising junior team members.
