My client is a leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm, with a highly respected and well‐established residential property team, one of the largest and most experienced in the region. The practice is known for providing an efficient, personal and exceptionally high‐quality conveyancing service.
You will advise clients across the South East, London and nationally on a wide range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages, high‐value homes, listed buildings, London properties, investment and holiday homes, probate and attorney sales, new‐builds, lease extensions, enfranchisement and first registrations.
This opportunity suits a residential property solicitor seeking exposure to high‐end and often technically intricate work as you handle your own varied caseload while offering clear, informed guidance to clients and helping drive transactions.
