Job Title: Restructuring & Insolvency Senior Associate (Non-Contentious)
Salary: £120,000-£140,000
PQE Level: 6-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Firm: Our longstanding client, a mid-market Top 20 City law firm is firmly in expansion mode.
Role
- Non-contentious restructuring & insolvency
- Non-contentious insolvency matters including pre-pack insolvencies, administrations, liquidations
- Drafting standstill agreements, waivers, defaults, reservations of rights
- Administration and receivership appointments
- Validity of secured lenders security
- Advising banks and financial institutions in relation to enforcement including insolvency options
- General banking knowledge such as facility and security documents

- 6-10 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
